Our Location

Located in the shopping center next to Cold Stone Creamery and Panera Bread. We offer plenty of on-site parking and our office is wheelchair accessible.

Appointment Scheduling

We are open Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm,   You can arrange an appointment by calling our office at 336-967-0955 or you can schedule your appointment.  If you have an emergency, please call us right away, and we'll do our best to fit you in on the same day.
